About Us

Founded in March 2014, BizXcel Kuils River is a proudly South African accounting, tax, and business advisory firm rooted in the vibrant community of Kuils River. Our mission is to provide reliable, ethical, and professional financial services to individuals, SMEs, and corporates across a diverse range of industries.

BizXcel Kuils River was co-founded by Wayne du Toit, a respected local professional and community member, in partnership with Dr. Jerome Swartz, Group CEO of BizXcel. Built on a foundation of strong academic grounding, ethical principles, and deep community connections, the firm has grown into a trusted partner for businesses not only in Cape Town but across South Africa.

Founder’s Background

Our co-founder, Wayne du Toit, is a proud alumnus of Sarepta Secondary School, where he matriculated with a bachelor’s pass in 1993. He began his tertiary journey at Peninsula Technikon (now CPUT) studying Retail Business Management and later completed a Diploma in Bookkeeping and Taxation in 1999.

Wayne entered the accounting industry in 2006 as a partner in a tax, audit, and accounting practice, where he remained until early 2014. His extensive experience across sectors and regions—including as far as Mpumalanga—has shaped the practical, client-focused ethos of BizXcel.

In 2018, he completed the Project Achiever Programme, earning an Accounting Technician Qualification, and is a proud registered member of the South African Institute for Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and a certified SARS Tax Practitioner.
